| Detailed Description: | Dear Mira; We are IDK group located in Saudi Arabia ( Jeddah port ) looking to establish two Quail slaughtering house with the following specification: 1st Slaughtering house Capacity of 1000 Quails / hour 2nd Slaughtering house Capacity of 500 Quails / hour We need a complete Quail slaughtering line starting from Hanging the Quail till we end up with a clean Quail ready for packaging . The system must include every thing like scalding ,unhairing ,cooling etc... killing must be manualy as per islamic law. Morover please provide me with the following: Drawings for the system. The minimum area you need for the bulding inorder to install the Slaughtering Line for each the 1000 bph and the 500 pbh . Number of employees needed to run the Slaughtering Line . Time needed to deliver the system to Saudi Arabia. The Warranty you provide. Note : Those are two seperate projects each slaughtering house will be in different city.
